Jazz Singer Rhonda Laurie and her band perform favorites from the '30s, '40s, and '50s in "Happy Days Are Here Again"

Enjoy spirited songs of the Greatest Generation when Twin Cities jazz vocalist Rhonda Laurie and her band perform favorites from the '30s, '40s, and '50s. "Happy Days Are Here Again" is sponsored by the Cloquet Public Library and the Arrowhead Library System, with funding provided by Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. The concert will be held on Saturday, May 5, at 7 p.m. at Encore Performing Arts Center. Learn the stories behind "Sentimental Journey," "Dream a Little Dream," and other Big Band era favorites. The show is 90 minutes. There are no tickets to buy or reservations required—general seating is free.
