CLOQUET, MN—The Cloquet Public Library launches its Movie Matinee for Kids with two special showings of Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure at 1 p.m., Tues., Dec. 29, and 1 p.m., Thurs., Dec. 31, in the Large Meeting Room.
The movies are free of charge and open to the public.
The library’s new Home Theater entertainment system, which includes a BLU-RAY disc player and a 55-in. flat screen television, was made possible through funding from the Kiwannis Club of Cloquet and Sappi of Cloquet.
Starting in the New Year, the Library will host after-school matinees for children beginning at 3:30 p.m., the second Thursday of each month. Feature films will also be shown in the evening of the same day. All matinees will be G rated. Evening shows will be PG rated.
